Canned Campbells soup comes in many varieties and can be enjoyed at any time of the day. Make your own unique soup. Open two different soups, mix them together, add 1 3/4 can of water and bring to a boil. Be your own soup expert by saving money and creating your own blending of two soups.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

    Buy chicken noodle soup. Open the can and pour it into a pot or plastic container. Add one can of water and stir. Open a can of Campbell Tomato or Campbell Mushroom soup and pour into the same saucepan. Add 1-1/4 can of water and stir until completely blended into one soup. Use less or more water depending on how think or thin you enjoy eating soup.

  2. Step 2

    Use a wooden spoon and stir until the blended soups are smooth without lumps. Use a ladle and fill a cup with Campbells soup. Nuke in the microwave for about 2 minutes until boiled. Cook all the soup in a sauce pan on the stove if you prefer. Serve with buttered toast, croutons, a bagel or a muffin for breakfast or with a tuna sandwich for a satisfying and inexpensive lunch or dinner.

  3. Step 3

    Experiment by mixing any other two or even three varieties of soup together. Campbells lentil soup goes great with the chicken noodle or chicken rice and changes the taste of the soup.

Tips & Warnings
  • Try to mix one thinner soup, like onion soup, with a thicker soup, like green pea soup. Lentils are very healthy for all family members to eat.
  • Tomato Soup of any kind really completely changes the taste of any vegetable soup or lentil soup.
  • Mushroom soup mixed with cream of celery soup and then adding vegetable soup makes for a another great mixture and taste.
  • Soup also makes a healthy breakfast for a soup lover.
  • Call a friend or two for lunch, and this time combine three soups.Serve with a bacon and tomato sandwich and a drink of choice.
  • Open a can or two of green pea soup. Cut a frank into slices and add to the soup. Boil about 10 minutes and you have a delicious light dinner. Serve with a side salad and a warm slice of delicious toasted trench bread. It is nutritious, delicious and inexpensive.
  • Soups make any party meal go a long way. Save money by stocking up on soups when they are on sale.
  • Blending soups can become habit forming. Try various combinations and find your favorites.
