Things You'll Need:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2/3 cup chopped onion
- 2/3 cup chopped celery
- 1/3 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1 QUICK AND EASY CREAM OF TOMATO SOUP (SEE eHow)
- 2 4 oz cans of crabmeat, drained
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- salt and peppe to taste
- sprinkling of dill for garnish

Step 1
Make the Quick and Easy Cream of Tomato Soup and set aside.
In the olive oil, sauté the onion, celery and mushrooms until the onion is transparent.
Add the Cream of Tomato Soup. Cool slightly. -
Step 2
Place the mixture in your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into saucepan.
Chop the crab meat and add it to the blender mixture. -
Step 3
Heat thoroughly. Add the Tabasco and salt and pepper to taste.
Serve. Garnish with the dill. Enjoy!
