This Article will explain how a Pepper Belly an easy, fun and great meal/snack. It is a tasty treat to have for a sporting event, party or just diner with the family.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Frito Lay corn Chips
  • Favorite can of Chili
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Other toppings such as Salsa, sour cream, etc
  • Bowl
  • Spoon
  1. Step 1

    Empty your favorite brand of can chili into a pot and cook as you would normally. If you have a favorite home chili recipe, you can substitute that for the can of chili.

  2. Step 2

    Add a large handful of Frito Lay Corn Chips, (Preferably the Non-scoop kind) in to a normal sized bowl.

  3. Step 3

    Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the corn chips in the bowl. Adding as much cheese as you like.

  4. Step 4

    When chili is hot and ready to eat, pour over the chips/cheese in the bowl.

  5. Step 5

    This step is optional:

    Add additional toppings to the Pepper Belly! Such as Salsa, Sour Cream, Guacamole, Diced tomato's, onion's and peppers.

    Pepper Bellies are great with just chips/cheese/chili but they are also great with additional ingredents, experiment and enjoy!

  • Try different ingredients of your liking to make the Perfect Pepper Belly
  • Use the smaller style of Frito Corn Chips
