How to Get a Guy to Ask You Out on a Date
It's not always easy to get a guy to ask you out on a date. If you look like a young Pamela Anderson, it's not going to be too hard. Otherwise, you may want to arm yourself with a strategy.

Make it easy for him to ask you out. Make yourself available, but not too available. If you are in high school and he's the quarterback, you should definitely go to his games. If you are in college, ask him if he needs a study partner. But don't ever be easy with guys. It's one thing to make sure you're friendly and receptive, and another thing all together to not value yourself.

Look your best. If you are going to his track meet (or in the adult world, the company cafeteria or Christmas party) make sure you're wearing your best dress or pink sweater and a pair of nice-fitting jeans. Wear perfume. Some heels never hurt (though not too high). Remember that you look 10 times better when you're smiling.

Let him talk. Men love to talk about themselves, even if they're shy. If you are a good listener, he will be captivated.

4
Be flirtatious. This seems to be a dying art in the age of pantyless celebrities. Batting an eyelash, being coy, touching his shoulder and laughing at his not-so-funny jokes will go a long way in getting him to like you and ask you out.

5
Know when to hold 'em and when to fold 'em. If he hasn't asked you out despite a few of these steps, give up--he's not interested. In general, men are the aggressors, and they're spending time trying to figure out how to ask YOU out. That said, you might try one more bold Madonna-esque move and just slyly drop your phone number and name in his locker.

Tips & Warnings
Learn how to assess a situation. You don't want to be a stalker. If he's not interested, move on.
Don't steal a friend's beau.
