Circle the ball. If you have really quick feet, you'll be able to bring your foot all the way around the ball while its in the air without touching it. The key is to start from the bottom when you loop the ball. That way your foot returns to a position where you keep the juggle alive.

Flip back. A player may accidentally kick the ball too hard and it will go sailing past his body when juggling. However, there is a way to turn that mistake into a sweet move. Reach your foot back on the side of you that the ball is on. Bend forward a little bit and stick your leg high in the air behind you as a figure skater would do. Then, bend your knee and see if you can kick the ball back in front of you with the bottom of your shoe.

Headers, headers, headers. Juggling with only your feet or only your thighs is difficult. Juggling with your head only is remarkable if it can be done. The juggler should focus on getting in a low stance so he can control how high he heads the ball. If he's balanced, then he can keep the ball closer to his head. If he loses his balance a little or is chasing down a ball that's away from him, he can always head it a little higher to buy more recovery time.

Catching with your neck. One of the most crowd pleasing juggling tricks is when a juggler flips the ball up and then catches it on the back of his neck and it sits perfectly still on top of him. It's hard to do, but the secret is to get the ball high enough that you can get under it, but not so high that you can't judge it or it comes down too fast.Bend yourself at the hips to flatten out your back. Then arch your shoulders so you have almost a safety net on the top of your back. You want the ball to land just below the back of your head. Lean your head back (look up) to try to prevent the ball from rolling away. Make sure you give a little cushion too or the ball will just bounce off your back.
