1. Practice good hygiene. Keeping your hair, body and clothing clean and presentable at all times will help you become a more attractive man and improve your confidence at the same time. Get regular haircuts. Keep your beard, mustache or goatee trimmed. Brush your teeth at least three times each day. Use a teeth-whitening system if needed to brighten your smile. Apply antiperspirant daily. Use a gentle cologne or body spray that releases a pleasant fragrance throughout the day.
