How to Pencil in Eyebrows

Eyebrows don't need to look perfect, but sometimes penciling them in is a necessity. Even though it may seem difficult, it is actually quite easy to do.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• Eyebrow pencil
• Eyebrow brush
• Handheld mirror

1. Begin by brushing your eyebrows from the inside corner to the outside corner.

2. While holding a handheld mirror, assess the areas that may need a little filling, then pick up your eyebrow pencil.

3. Begin with the inside corners of your eyebrows and make tiny little hair-like strokes in the area that needs filled.

4. Take the eyebrow brush and brush your eyebrows once again. Once the inside corners are finished, you should focus on the outside corners and arch area.

5. Apply hair-like strokes with the pencil while going against the direction of hair growth if there are areas on the outside corner and arch that need to be filled in. Once you are finished, brush the eyebrows with the eyebrow brush once again. Repeat in areas as necessary.

Tips & Warnings

• Remember not to go too far inside or outside your eyebrow line. Use the pencil along your nose and eyes as a guide.
• Always remember that it's easier to add than to take away, so only do a little at a time until you get the hang of filling them in.
