      Open Dreamweaver and create a new blank page. Click "File," then "New."

      Open the Insert Bar. Click "Window," then "Insert." A checkmark will appear next to the word Insert if the Insert Bar is open.

      Click the "Common Tab" on the Insert Bar. Select the Head drop down menu and select Keywords. A Keywords box will open. The "Head Tab" is the fourth button from the left and is below Text.

      Enter your keyword list. Click "Enter." You've now added keywords to your site.
