      Check with the National Association of Unclaimed Property Administrators. They have a nation wide listing of state controllers offices.

      Once you find your state controller's web page look for a link that will lead you to an unclaimed property search.

      Fill out your information. Usually all you need to enter is your first name, middle initial, last name & city. These are government pages so security should be pretty tight, I wouldn't worry to much about giving up a little info.

      click search and get your results.
