Things You'll Need:
- Beauty Blender
- Concealers, Foundation, and/or blush
- Water
- Towel

Step 1
The inclosed directions that come with the Beauty Blender tells you to dampen your sponge, then towel dry to remove the excess. I find that this wet method works well for creams and concealers, but I prefer to apply using a dry Beauty Blender.
The egg is an ergonomically designed shape, used to fit easily into the palm of your hand. -
Step 2
Precise applications - use pointed endApply concealers, color correctors, or any other form of makeup by using the "top" of the egg. Notice how the makeup sits on the top of the sponge, and doesn't soak in. This prevents you from wasting a lot of makeup that will never make it to your face!
-
Step 3
Transfer from the tip of the egg to your face by tapping, or "bouncing" the Blender into those hard to reach areas (around the nose, under the eyes, or in spot areas).
-
Step 4
Bottom used for larger areasTo cover larger areas, dip the bottom of the sponge into your makeup or powder (the egg works well for any type of makeup), then continue to bounce (aka "stipple") the bottom of the egg all over your face. Don't use the side of the sponge. It took me awhile to discover that! This stippling will give you a flawless application every time, with no mess.
-
Step 5
Beauty Blenders double in size when wet. The egg on the left is wet, the one on the right is dry.Rinse the sponge under running water (watch it double in size), remove the excess, and repeat applying blush or even eye shadow.
-
Step 6
How many makeup products come with their own home? After each use, be sure to wash your Beauty Blender, then let it sit on it's included pedestal to dry. Beauty Blender makes their own cleanser, or you can use any mild liquid soap - I prefer Dr. Bronner's Pure Castile Soap.
