Wake up with a positive attitude. No matter how early and tired you arise, make sure your mind is triggered to think positive. Be convinced that you will have a good day or else none of this will work.

Start your day off with a nice edible treat. Whether it be purchasing one of those yummy iced coffees you enjoy or making yourself a nice little breakfast, spoil yourself and don't worry about weight gain, not having enough time, or the likes. This is YOUR day to be happy.

Wear something that makes you feel nice. Put on your best outfit and walk out the door with the most confidence in the world. KNOW that you look good and keep your head high.

Step 4
As your day progresses, even with other mopers around, keep a smile glued to your face. Say nothing negative and continue to offer happy words. The people around you will be sure to notice the difference between you and them and may even pick up on your great attitude. You could make someone else's day!

Step 5
Do something that leaves you with feelings of accomplishment. Whether it be a huge project at work or exercise, do what it takes to make you feel fulfilled. Feel proud of yourself for all the work you have just done!

Spoil yourself. Don't be afraid to go out later and buy yourself that one little thing you've been wanting. It doesn't have to cost a fortune, but make sure you reward yourself for creating such a nice day.

Go to bed with positive thoughts and reflections of your day. You never know, you may wake up with an even better one!
