Things You'll Need:
- 1 tbsp. chili oil or vegetable oil
- 1 lb. cut up beef, for stir fry
- 1 med. bell pepper, cut into 3/4 in. squares
- 1 med. onion, sliced
- 1 cup hoisin sauce
- cooked noodles or rice, optional

Step 1
heat wok or large skillet over high heat, add oil, rotate to cover sides

Step 2
add beef; stir fry about 2 minutes or til browned. add bell pepper and onion. stir fry about 1 minute, til veggies are tender.

Step 3
stir in hoisin sauce, cook and stir about 30 seconds or til hot.
serve with noodles or rice
