Pamela Anderson is an infamous personality, actress and beauty, whose body and looks are famous in Hollywood. Learn how Pamela stays lean and trim with the following diet secrets.

From Quick Guide: Guide to Vegetarian Diet Plans
Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Vegetarian diet without beef, pork, chicken or fish
  • Tons of fresh fruits and vegetables (instead of sugary carbohydrates and sweets)
  • Vegetarian meats, soy products or tofu
  • Complex carbohydrates like oatmeal, cereal or pasta
  • Nuts and seeds as healthy snacks
  1. Step 1

Go veg or go home. Pamela has been a vegetarian for many years and is extremely vocal about her involvement in animal rights issues. Turning to a vegetarian or vegan diet because of ethical and moral reasons can often make the process easier than aesthetic motivations alone. Simply increasing your awareness of foods at mealtime can make eating a rewarding and mindful experience.

  2. Step 2

Start your vegetarian diet slowly like Pamela by eliminating meat products first. Try replacing beef or pork with vegetarian replacement meats, soy or tofu products, and increase your intake of fruits and vegetables (instead of replacing with simple carbohydrates).

  3. Step 3

Let nutrition come before fitness. Although Pamela stays physically active by taking care of her two sons and walking, she lets healthy food choices keep her slim (instead of exercising to burn of an unhealthy diet). Try focusing on nutrition as a vegetarian by eating produce first, beans, soy and vegetarian protein next, and nuts and seeds as snacks.

  4. Step 4

Start your day off with fresh, organic foods. Pamela typically enjoys fruit and oatmeal for breakfast, smoothies and salad as snacks throughout the day, and enjoys veggie burgers, pasta or vegetable sushi for entrees.

  5. Step 5

Balance out vegan living with healthy liquids. Try to drink like Pamela by carrying a water bottle at all times and refilling throughout the day. She enjoys a glass of heart healthy wine on occasion.

Tips & Warnings
  • Try taking a vegetarian multivitamin and B12 supplement to help balance out a meatless diet.
  • It is important to take a meatless diet slowly and educate yourself on proper nutrition.
