How to Roll Your Hair With Hair Rollers
Curling your hair with too much heat can cause breakage and hair damage. To avoid damage to your hair and to keep it healthy, you can use hair rollers as an alternative to curlers. Gather about 20 medium-size rollers. This is if your hair is medium length. For shorter hair, you may only need about15 and for longer hair, you may need about 25.

Part your hair horizontally starting from the pack. Use the clip to hold the access hair up and away from the area being rolled.

Part the hair that you just separated in step two into three sections vertically.

Take the roller and place it under one section of the hair at the root, and then pull it all the way down to the tip or edges of your hair. Then, roll the roller under the hair all the way up to the root and clamp it down with a roller clip. Note if you would like flips, then roll the roller over the hair instead of under.

Repeat steps two, three and four until all of your hair is rolled.

Wait about two hours, then take the rollers out of your hair and style. For best results, roll your hair at night and then take the rollers out in the morning.
