How to Give Your Wife a Pedicure

Instructions

1. Gather all the supplies listed above and get ready to pamper your lady! Be sure to read all and any instructions that may come with the products being used. If you really want to get extra points, create a relaxing mood in the room where you will be doing the massage. You can do this by placing rose petals in the foot bath once you have added soap and water. Next, put on her favorite CD and light some aromatherapy candles.

2. Remove any nail color from your wife’s feet using the cotton balls and polish remover. Now, give her a quick foot massage lasting several minutes using some of lotion you have. A small amount should be used on the entire foot. Repeat until both feet have been massaged. This will make her feet soft and relax any tension she may be experiencing. Run water in the tub until the temperature is warm or until the water is to her liking.

3. Fill your foot tube with warm water and foot soap. Make sure the water is soapy. Most foot tubes have a line in the inside to indicate where you should stop filling the water. For your safety, do not fill the water over this line. Remember, this is an electrical device and you should follow the instructions to the manual.

4. Place your wife’s feet in the water. Allow them to soak for 5 minutes before you start the pedicure. Take one foot out after soaking and pat the toes dry. File the toes using a left to right motion. You simply want to make the toe nails look straight, filed, and neat. Repeat above steps on the second foot. Take the foot file and apply some of the foot soap directly to it. Now, scrub the heels and sides of her feet until smooth. Repeat on second foot. Place the feet back into the water and soak for 1 minute. Dry both feet and paint your wife’s toes with the polish. Keep a steady hand and make short strokes with the nail applicator. Paint all ten toes and allow 10 minutes to air dry.

5. Buy her a gift certificate. If you are absolutely pedicure-challenged, you have another option that will deem you points from your wife. This certificate can be to a spa or her favorite nail shop.
