1. Secure the base. Take both ends of the ribbon to make sure they are even, create a loop and pass one end through the other. Pull tight to form a tie.

3. Tie loops. Wrap one loop behind the other. Form a space that is a thumb's width under the loop and pull the second loop through it to the front.
