Instructions

  1. How to Create Your Own Finisher

    • 1

Match the finisher to your own wrestling style. If you are a fast wrestler, you’ll want to have an equally fast finishing move, such as the 619 or Swanton Bomb. The same can be said for big impact wrestlers, who utilize finishers such as the power bomb and choke slam.

    • 2

Practice your move until you have perfected it. Do not make the move too complicated, or too simple.

    • 3

Add a twist on a current move. For example, instead of a normal power bomb, do it off the top rope with one hand.

    • 4

Give the move a catchy name. Things like the Rock Bottom, Sweet Chin Music, or the Last Ride have all stuck in people’s minds.

    • 5

Introduce the move with a flashy hand signal like that used in the Five Knuckle Shuffle or the People’s Elbow.

How To Do a Stone Cold Stunner

    • 6

Wait towards the middle of a match where this move is most effective. You want your opponent to be weak enough so you can pin him after performing the move.

    • 7

Kick your opponent in the gut. This should make them bend over slightly.

    • 8

Take your right arm and use it to pull your opponent’s head over your right shoulder.

    • 9

Fall towards the wrestling mat, pulling your opponent's head with you.

    • 10

Crash into the mat and let their neck bounce off of your shoulder. Your opponent should fly backwards onto the mat.

Tips & Warnings

  • Do not attempt to perform any wrestling moves unless you have been properly trained to do so.
