How to Brush Wisdom Teeth
Keeping your wisdom teeth healthy is of the utmost importance. Wisdom teeth are often removed and seem to be the most common tooth to cause you problems. Brushing them and flossing them correctly will give you a better chance of keeping those wisdom teeth. Tooth extraction is no fun and can be avoided in many cases just by using proper health practices.

1
Head to the bathroom and get your toothbrush. The best toothbrush to use is the "Reach," which also has the tongue cleaner on the other side. The "Reach" has the ability to get to the back of your mouth much easier than a regular toothbrush. You can buy one at any grocery or department store and they don't cost any more than many other toothbrushes.
-
2
Place a line of toothpaste on the toothbrush. Crest is a really good and reliable toothpaste to use, but if you suffer from sensitive teeth, you may have to use Sensodyne. These are two great dentist-recommended toothpastes.

3
Place the toothbrush in the back of your mouth, in between your wisdom tooth and the cheek of your mouth. Brush in a circular motion.
-
4
Move your toothbrush to the top of the wisdom tooth and continue to brush in a circular motion.
-
5
Slide the toothbrush to the outer side of your wisdom tooth in between your tooth and your tongue. Brush in a circular motion.
-
6
Continue this pattern for all of your wisdom teeth and don't forget to brush the rest of your teeth at the same time.
-
7
Add some water to your cup and pour some in your mouth. Swish it around and spit it out in to your sink. Repeat this about 3 times being careful not to swallow any of the water. This step washes the toothpaste as well as any particles you got off of your teeth down the drain.
-
8
Use floss to get in between your wisdom teeth. Unravel a long strand. Long enough to twirl some around each of your pointer fingers. Wedge the floss in between the wisdom teeth and pull up first to the left and then do it again and pull up to the right. You may want to floss the rest of your teeth while you are at it.

Tips & Warnings
Use the tongue brush on the other side of your toothbrush to brush your tongue. This will help to get rid of any germs in your mouth that may affect your wisdom teeth.
Don't neglect regular check-ups with your dentist. He or she will give you a better cleaning at each visit then you could do yourself at home.
