1
Prepare the pineapple. On a clean cutting board, cut half-inch thick slices of pineapple. You will want at least five or six slices, maybe more depending on how you want your bouquet to look. Press the flower-shaped cookie cutter into the center of the pineapple slice. This will give you a flower shaped piece of pineapple.

2
Prepare the cantaloupe. Cut your cantaloupe in half. Use your melon baller to scoop out one ball for every two flowers. Cut the ball in half–this will be used as the middle portion of the flower-shaped pineapple slices.

Create the pineapple flower. Take your bamboo skewer and stick it through the center of the flower-shaped pineapple slice, so the end of the skewer sticks out about half an inch. Secure the half of the cantaloupe ball on to the end of the skewer. Do not let the skewer go all the way through the cantaloupe ball half. Repeat this with all the pineapple flowers and ball halves.

Prepare the strawberries. Wash the strawberries and remove the stem and leaves, if desired. Take the skewer and poke it through the top of the strawberry. Don’t let the skewer go all the way through the strawberry. The bottom of the strawberry should be facing away from the skewer. To add some extra flavor to your bouquet, dip the bottom of the strawberry in dipping chocolate and let it cool and set before placing in the bouquet. This can be done with some or all of the strawberries.

5
Wash the grapes. Take the bamboo skewer and poke it through seven grapes. Stick one grape on the skewer and slide another one on behind it. When you get to your last grape, don’t let the skewer poke through it. Slide all the grapes up to the grape at the top of the skewer–so they are all right next to each other.

6
Set up the vase. Put your floral foam into the bottom of the vase or container you are using to hold the bouquet. You should have all of your fruit skewers at this point. Stick the bottom of the skewers into the floral foam at various angles. You may need kitchen shears to cut the skewers to the right height based on the angle of the skewer in the bouquet. Don’t be afraid to use tons of fruit skewers in your fruit bouquet.

7
Fill the bouquet with some greenery. Once you have all the fruit skewers in place, place twigs of parsley in between the skewers. This will make it look like a real bouquet. Enjoy looking at and eating your fruit bouquet.

Tips & Warnings
Don’t be afraid to cut your skewers to the right lengths. You will probably end up having a lot of skewers left over.
Use fresh fruit. If you use week-old fruit, it may appear wilted, which may take away some of the beauty of your fruit bouquet.
