Between 32nd and 28th Streets and between Broadway and 6th Ave. I own a 3 small retail stores and stock up with goods from this area. Favorite wholesalers are Fashion Jewelry NYNY (31st & Broadway), Bluesky (28th Street), and FullLineCollection (6th ave). -

Or you could go direct to a manufacturer and see if they'll do small quantities...also could try your hand at making them if you have the skills.
