How to Apply Mod Eye Makeup

• Black liquid eyeliner
• White eye shadow
• Grey eye shadow

Instructions

1. Start with a clean face. Apply foundation if you have any blemishes or unevenness in skin tone.

2. Apply black mascara to your upper and lower lashes.
