How to Draw Cream
Cream is a fictitious rabbit. He's an adorable character that is beloved by many. Drawing Cream is a little difficult when you are beginning. The challenge lies in drawing the ears. These adorable attributes flop behind the head. Drawing the face and eyes is similar to drawing other Sonic characters. When drawing Cream, just start with a simple sketch and build from there.

1
Draw a circle and make a cross in the center. This determines where the eyes and nose will be.
-
2
Add two eyes by drawing in two large oval shapes that are just a little bit larger than half the total diameter of the circle itself. Draw two larger ovals outside these eyes, and put them on either side of the eyes. This is because Cream's eyes have brown "hook" shapes around the outside of the eyes. It's almost like eyeshadow.

Add the mouth area. This is like a flattened heart shape. Begin at the bottom of the circle and follow the curve of the circle on each side up until your line is just at the outside edge of the eye. Then curve then line up and towards the eye, hooking it around and under the eye itself. Then follow along the curves of the eyes until you reach the center of the face between them. Here you add a simple bump right between the lower edge of the eyes. Place a nose in the center.

4
Draw the ears on top of the head. Start with one vertical line. Add two bumps in this line for where the ear bends back. Complete the ear by drawing one vertical line down behind cream. If you are looking straight at the ear, just draw the tops of the ear using very shallow bump shapes. Make two of them. The tops of the ears also look like flattened heart shapes with very small curves.

5
Add pupils to the eyes. These are about 1/3 the size of the eye and are also oval shape. Now add the eyelashes. They are simple, very slightly curved lines that jut our horizontally from the outside edge of the eye about a 1/3 of the way up the eye. Then draw the brown spot on Cream's head between the ears. It is shaped like a jelly bean.
-
6
Draw the body. Cream has no neck. Start at the bottom of the head. Draw a shape that looks like a bell. It slants outward just slightly on both sides. A curve like a smile connects both lines and defines the bottom of the dress.
-
7
Add two legs below the dress. These are simple vertical lines, and draw two arms that are also linear. Add the gloves and boots which are very big. One might be facing you. To make it appear this way, draw an upside down "u" and a horizontal line under it to define this boot. The other boot is basically the same shape, but it is longer.

Tips & Warnings
Make a sketch of each step before you commit to it. Draw the shapes lightly until they look right. Practice each one separately on another sheet of paper until you master it.
Don't rush through the drawing. Take your time to get it right.
