    Swanton Bomb

  1. Step 1

Climb to the top turnbuckle. The Swanton bomb is the trademark finisher utilized by WWE’s Jeff Hardy.

  2. Step 2

Make sure that your opponent is laying face up and his head is in the opposite direction of the corner.

  3. Step 3

Jump off of the top rope, getting as high you can.

  4. Step 4

Spread your arms out and swing them forward to help you flip.

  5. Step 5

Flip over until you are falling on your back and land directly across your opponent’s stomach.

  6. Shooting Star Press

  7. Step 1

Knock your opponent to the mat and drag them near the corner. The shooting star press is an incredibly dangerous wrestling move that nearly broke Brock Lesnar’s neck at Wrestlemania XIX.

  8. Step 2

Climb to the top turnbuckle. Keep your balance to make sure an error is not made.

  9. Step 3

Scan the ring and make sure you know where your opponent is, because one false move could lead to catastrophic mistakes.

  10. Step 4

Jump as high as you can off of the top turnbuckle. Immediately begin to do a back flip.

  11. Step 5

Land stomach to stomach on your opponent to successfully complete the move.

  12. Five Star Frog Splash

  13. Step 1

Pull on the two top turnbuckles to lift yourself onto the top rope. The five star frog splash is the finisher used by former WWE champion Rob Van Dam.

  14. Step 2

Signal to the crowd that you are about to perform the frog splash.

  15. Step 3

Jump off of the top rope. Bend your knees before jumping to achieve the most lift.

  16. Step 4

Turn your body in mid-air and pump your legs like a frog.

  17. Step 5

Land on your opponent and bounce backwards to showcase the impact of the move.
