Reese Witherspoon is an award-winning actress, busy mother of two and often thought of as “America’s Sweetheart.” Perhaps even sweeter than her personality is her consistent and healthful approach to fitness and nutrition.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Stay physically active every day and remain loyal to a commitment to fitness. Reese is a longtime fan of consistent jogs around her neighborhood, and she often meets friends for frequent runs.

  2. Step 2

Fit exercise into a busy lifestyle by participating in activities with friends. Whether joining friends or a love interest, Reese is known to take long bicycle rides on weekends, join charity walks and take frequent Yoga classes. She fits exercise into her lifestyle, instead of fitting her life around exercise.

  3. Step 3

Take workouts outside by hiking, walking dogs or simply staying active with your kids. Reese is inspired by the warm weather and loves to keep her body in motion in the fresh air.

  4. Step 4

Split large meals into smaller portions, and strive to eat 5 to 6 mini-meals per day. Aside from dividing and conquering her meals, Reese is also known to choose healthy options whenever possible. She picks fresh produce, lean protein like fish and whole grains.

  5. Step 5

Relax your approach to diet and lifestyle, which Reese advocates in order to maintain a healthy body image as a mother. Although Reese follows a balanced and healthful diet, she also indulges moderately in favorites like real bread and fresh butter or ice cream.
