- Lip brush
- cotton swab
- Powder Liner

Step 1
Begin with a clean lip brush or small, flat edge liner brush. For a soft, natural line, go directly to step two. Otherwise, place a dot of water or eye cream onto the back of your non dominant hand and dab the brush into it to moisten.

Step 2
Dip the dry or moistened brush into cake or powder liner - or try a densely colored eye shadow. Use the brush to dab powder in a series of connected dashes along your lash lines, leaving a line of color.

Step 3
For added intensity, repeat along the bottom lash lines, but start at the center, not the inner corners, and work outward to make your eyes appear wider. Gently dab a cotton swab along the top line of color to soften the effect of the powder.
