How to Catch a Cheating Man

Catching a cheating man is really as simple as following your common sense. Usually, men are not very good at covering up an affair, so if you are paying attention you will find out. Here is how to catch a cheating man.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Observe your man spending less time with you. A cheating man will spend time away that is unexplained. Sometimes it will be long hours at work, or car trouble, or trips that they normally do not have to take. Is he around?

  2. Step 2

Take the time to call and see if he is where he says he is. A cheating man will eventually slip up.

  3. Step 3

Be unpredictable yourself. Show up at work on occasion if you feel your man is cheating. Bring him a surprise lunch.

  4. Step 4

Watch out for changes of any kind. Is the passenger seat in a weird position? Does he suddenly change his appearance or start working out? Pay attention to all of these things.

  5. Step 5

Ask questions if you feel your man is cheating. A man with nothing to hide will not mind if you are not accusatory about it.

  6. Step 6

Peruse his phone bill. Men are notorious for accidentally leaving a lover's phone number or message on their cell phone. Are there numbers on the bill that repeat and you do not know who it is?

  7. Step 7

Follow your husband in a friend's car. This is a last ditch effort and should only be used when you feel certain that he is cheating. Always allow plenty of space between you.

  8. Step 8

Hire a private investigator. If you are sure that he is cheating, sometimes this is the only way to get the evidence needed. Again, this is a last ditch effort.

  9. Step 9

Plan what to do before confronting your man. If you have nowhere to go, and no plan on how to leave, then wait before you confront him. Use the interim to save, and continue to gather evidence.

Tips & Warnings
  • Use all of your senses to observe.
  • Only accuse when you are certain.
  • Watch out for a lack of interest in sex, cuddling and closeness.
  • Have a plan before confronting them.
  • Never endanger yourself while investigating.
  • Never blame the other woman.
  • Never waste time arguing the point. He is not worth it.

on 9/16/2009 Hahahaha! I guess my wife was checking to see if I was cheating. Fortunately, I wasn't and she stopped doing those oddball things. I understand, though. Her ex was a serial cheater. I don't play that game. 5***** - Recommended and subscribed. Good work.
