Instructions

    • 1

Shape the floral wire into the shape of a hairpin by bending in half. Hold the wire with the bent end facing up.

    • 2

Attach a piece of double sided tape to the top of the wire and press to secure it onto the wire.

    • 3

Cut two 18-inch pieces of the crepe paper streamer.

    • 4

Holding one 18-inch piece of crepe paper, start with one end and wrap one of the long edges of the streamer around the double sided tape so that the top edge flairs out resembling a flower.

    • 5

Secure the loose end of the streamer with another piece of double sided tape, wrapping rest of the tape around the wire.

    • 6

Wrap one of the long edges of the second streamer onto the tape so the top edge flairs out resembling a flower. This second piece enlarges the flower.

    • 7

Wrap floral tape around the bottom edge of the flower and continue on down the floral wire to create the stem of the flower.
