Stand directly behind your opponent.

Wrap your left arm around your opponent's neck from behind. Your left elbow should point in the same direction as his throat (away from the windpipe).

Grab your right bicep with your left hand. This is the first part of how the pressure is applied.

Wrap your right arm around the back of your opponent's head.

Push the back of your opponent's head forward into your front arm. This will squeeze his neck and cut off the blood flow to his brain.

Remember, this is not a choke hold. You are not cutting off your opponent's air. You are cutting off the flow of blood to the brain.
Don't ever try this without proper training and supervision. These are dangerous moves and should only be tried by professionals.
Don't ever put pressure on your opponent's windpipe. The trachea is a delicate organ and takes very little pressure to crush someone's windpipe. This is not the purpose of a sleeper hold.

Don't ever leave this hold on for more than 5 seconds. Brain damage due to lack of oxygen can happen within seconds.
