The huge surge in popularity of the WWE that started in the 1980s has brought with it a ton of merchandise. Some of the most popular products have been the WWE action figures. From original thumb wrestlers and large rubber figures to the highly detailed creations of today, WWE action figures are fun and collectible toys that you can do a lot with--including performing authentic wrestling moves.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • WWE action figures
  • WWE toy wrestling ring
  • WWE accessories

    The Basics

  1. Step 1

Gather all of your WWE action figures. Set up or purchase a replica WWE toy wrestling ring. The ring is essential to performing moves, especially one that involve the ring ropes and top turnbuckle.

  2. Step 2

Increase your wrestling-move possibilities by incorporating accessories like chairs, ladders or a steel cage.

  3. Step 3

Practice manipulating the figures' arms and legs to learn how they move and rotate. The newer figures have so many pivot points that you can recreate accurate wrestling moves.

  4. Expanded WWE Action Figure Use

  5. Step 1

Set-up your figure’s landing position and simply drop it from the top rope for an aerial move.

  6. Step 2

Place your hands under the bottom ropes for maximum flexibility. This will give you a place to rest your hands so you do not experience fatigue.

  7. Step 3

Lean a figure against the ropes or tie it there so you can clothesline the WWE superstar over the top and outside the ring.

  8. Step 4

Lay one figure over another to perform the three-count.

  9. Step 5

Add in other figures or objects to make it more interesting and add more elements to the match.

  10. Technical Moves

  11. Step 1

Bend a figure at a 90-degree angle by moving its legs as far back as they can go. Stick its head in btween another figure's legs. Take the standing figure and place the arms underneath the stomach. Lift the arms of the offensive action figure to lift the other wrestler into the air. Slam the figure to the mat so a power bomb is performed.

  12. Step 2

Lay a figure flat on the toy wrestling ring. Stick one leg up into the air. Take another figure and wrap its leg around the other leg and turn the lying figure over. Now the figures are in the sharpshooter position.

  13. Step 3

Extend a figure's arm as far as you can. Bend the arm at the elbow so that the hand is almost touching the head. Have the figure bounce across the ropes and grab the opponent's head to slam it down and perform a bulldog.

  14. Step 4

Bend a figure over in a 90-degree angle. Place it behind another figure and have it pick up the opponent and place it on his shoulders. Slam both figures down on their backs to perform the elevator drop.

  15. Step 5

Lift a figure's leg all the way up and bend it 90 degrees at the knee. Grasp the other wrestler's head with the first figure's arm and slam it into the knee of his opponent.
