my brother Dick brought this recipe home from his travels through France. We all got hooked on the sauce; pouring it lavishly over grilled steaks, baked potatoes & steamed vegetables.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 C. oil
  1. Step 1

In a blender or food processor; chop garlic cloves until fine.

  2. Step 2

Add salt, pepper and eggs to processor.

  3. Step 3

While the processor is running, add the oil in a slow stream until it reaches the consistancy you want.

Tips & Warnings
  • The more oil you add, the thicker the consistancy will be.
  • This will keep for a few days in the refrigerator.
  • STORE IN REFRIGERATOR.

on 4/8/2009 I made this today to pour over shrimp, pasta, and steamed vegetables. It tastes great. The next time I will use 2 cloves of garlic instead of 3.Thanks for sharing this recipe!
