The Blackhead Miracle Worker

There are few things more unsightly than blackheads and acne on your face. The good news is that you don't have to spend a fortune trying to clear the little nasties up.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

Pour about 1/4 cup of baking soda into the bowl

  2. Step 2

Add a small amount of water, about a tablespoon and mix until a paste forms

  3. Step 3

Using gentle, circular motions, apply mixture to your face as you would any facial cleanser. Be careful to avoid the eyes. BE GENTLE! Wash your face with the baking soda mixture for about one minute.

  4. Step 4

Using warm water, rinse the face thouroughly, removing all of the baking soda mixture. Repeat 3x's a week. You should notice an improvement in minor acne and blackheads within the first week.

Tips & Warnings
  • any brand of baking soda will work
  • you want the mixture to be paste consistency, adding too much water will make it runny and harder to use
  • Avoid the eyes. The mixture will sting if it gets in the eyes
  • BE GENTLE! This not only works to help dry the acne and blackheads up, but also works as an exfoliator, so please use gentle pressure
