Things You'll Need:
- 1. Large mixing bowl
- 2. eggs
- 3. sugar
- 4. Vanilla extract
- 5. 1/2 cup of milk
- 6. 2 table spoons melted butter
- 7. Cup of all purpose flour

Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs. Gradually add in the milk (while stirring).

add butter, vanilla extract and sugar, then whisk it all up.

gradually add all purpose flour until batter thinkings (not to thick).
Afterwards let the batter sit for an 45 minutes to an hour. -
Step 4
(It should appear like this)Cook the crepe for about 1-2 minutes, until the bottom is light/golden brown. Loosen with a spatula, then turn and cook the other side.

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Put half a tablespoon of butter onto frying pan,then pour or scoop the batter onto frying pan. Cook the crepe for about 1-2 minutes, until the bottom is light/golden brown.
