Ways to get a good night sleep.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Night Mask
  • TV or Radio
  • Some Soft Pillows
  • Bed
  • Water or any drink
  • Sound maker
  • Head Phones
  1. Step 1

    Put your face mask on to block out sight.

  2. Step 2

    Turn the TV on for extra light.

  3. Step 3

    Turn a radio or sound maker on for soothing noise.

  4. Step 4

    Headphones if the radio doesn't work.

  5. Step 5

    Water for a drink if you need to

  6. Step 6

    And Pillows for a nice relaxing calming night. With a spray of your favorite scent or cologne or perfume.
