Flights usually go up early in the morning when the weather is more stable and less windy. Contact a caterer and ask them what they charge to setup a wedding breakfast on the grounds of the flight site. Telephone and invite family and friends to share this important day with you. Using the phone is less formal than sending them an invitation.

Tips & Warnings
If you are getting married in a traditional gown and tux, you might want to change to walking shoes and jeans as you ascend for comfort.
While the price might seem expensive, remember you do not have to pay for a hall if you had a traditional wedding, or an expensive dinner.
Choose to get married while on the ground or up in the air. Either way you can invite your parents to share it with you.
This is a once in a life time romantic event. You will want to share this with your grandchildren one day. Make sure you have someone take pictures, and/or video.
Do not sign a contract until you read and understand the fine print. If you are not sure, then ask an attorney to check it out for you. This costs money and you want to make sure you get what you pay for.
Speak to and check out a few different Balloon Companies to see what they have to offer, and compare their prices.
Since you will be walking on the moist grass, it would be more comfortable to wear sneakers instead of bridal shoes.

I love this idea. I hadn't thought about hot air balloons in a while, but I am going to borrow this idea for an anniversary one day. Very sweet. :) -

There are no meals on these flights, they usually have an out of doors area for you to serve a meal prior to or after the ceremony in the air. -
