Some Sims don't need fancy things or a lot of friends to lead a fulfilling life. They are perfectly content finding that special someone and raising little Sims. For these Sims, you'll need a home that favors function over form and has plenty of room for additional bedrooms.

      Get married. One of the biggest Aspirations for Family Sims is to get married. In order to get some additional Aspiration Points, make two separate families and bring them together. Starting off with a big family is fine, but your Sims will get more Aspiration Points if you build the family in-game. Getting engaged will also net your Family Sim some Aspiration Points.

      Have a baby. This is the single biggest thing your Family Sims can do for Aspiration Points. Chances are they will want to have a lot of children (up to eight) so be prepared for their wanting more and more kids. This is why your Sims will want a large house.

      Spend time with the family. Next to having a family, this is the biggest thing Family Sims can do for their Aspirations. Teaching their children to walk and talk are the big activities, but teaching them next to anything is probably going to be worth some Aspiration Points at some time or another.

      Keep in touch. Family Sims love to maintain contact between the generations. Make sure you keep grandma and grandpa in the loop. A simple phone call or a few hours visiting time will do wonders for your Family Sim's meters.

      Get grandchildren. One of the defining moments for Family Sims is when they become grandparents. This can happen during Adulthood if you work quickly enough (or you cheat.) Whenever it happens, seeing their grandchildren is sure to make your Family Sims happy and fulfilled.
