Things You'll Need:
- 5 pounds yellow squash
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/4 c sugar
- salt
- 2 t choppen onions
- Dash of pepper

Step 1
Cut tips off of squash into 3 or 4 pieces.

Drop quash in a large sauce pan with enough for boiling water to cover.

Reduce heat. Cook until tender.

Drain in colander and smash.

Combine egg, 1 cup bread crumbs, butter, salt, onion, and pepper. Turn into a three quart casserole dish that has been lightly sprayed.

Cover with light layer of bread crumbs.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
