How to make peach glazed salmon

If you are looking for a healthy and delicious meal that is quick and easy to prepare, peach glazed salmon is an excellent choice. Serve with your favorite salad or vegetable and rice.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 4 (4oz) salmon filets
  • 1/4 cup peach margarita mix
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp ground lemon rind
  • 1 tsp honey
  1. Step 1

    Preheat over to 450 degrees.

  2. Step 2

    Combine liquid ingredients into a bowl and whisk well.

  3. Step 3

    Brush the marinade onto both sides of the salmon steaks.

  4. Step 4

    Bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes on each side. Fish will flake easily with a fork when done.
