Instructions
Things You'll Need:
- 4 (4oz) salmon filets
- 1/4 cup peach margarita mix
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp ground lemon rind
- 1 tsp honey

Step 1
Preheat over to 450 degrees.

Step 2
Combine liquid ingredients into a bowl and whisk well.

Step 3
Brush the marinade onto both sides of the salmon steaks.

Step 4
Bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes on each side. Fish will flake easily with a fork when done.
