Fingernails have been used as a accessory for years, we manicure them, paint them, care for them. However, you can do something else besides decorating them. Your nails can give you an idea of what is going on with your health.

    Removing all artificial products from your nails can allow you to glimpse into your body and recognize signs of ailments that may be occurring within you. Most experienced professionals can view one's fingernails and analyze them, this allows them to gain knowledge of what they might want to test you for; this also allows them to tell the person's emotional state.

    To do a at home examine of your nails you can use the following list of details to compare to your nails. Once you have compared I advise that you take notes and on your next visit to your doctor ask him about the results you have come up with, and request to be tested.
