Things You'll Need:
- 2 whole carrots with ends cut off
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 stalk celery
- 1/2 red beet
- 1 handful wheat grass
- Juicer

I promise you this is one of the easiest if not the fastest ways to boost your immune system. This smoothie should be taken at least four times a week.

You will want to mix all the ingredients into the juicer at the same time.

As a long time jucer myself, just to note..to anyone who may have a hard time with lemon, or wheatgrass, etc, add some apple to mix. Apple goes with all vegetables..adds sweetness, and it's own nutrients.
