Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 whole carrots with ends cut off
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/2 red beet
  • 1 handful wheat grass
  • Juicer
  1. Step 1

    I promise you this is one of the easiest if not the fastest ways to boost your immune system. This smoothie should be taken at least four times a week.

  2. Step 2

    You will want to mix all the ingredients into the juicer at the same time.

  3. Step 3

    Blend until smooth, pour and drink! Enjoy your healthier body with just minutes of care!

Tips & Warnings
  • Add ice to your smoothie by using a blender instead of a juicer.
  • Add a favorite fruit of yours to balance out your taste buds!

As a long time jucer myself, just to note..to anyone who may have a hard time with lemon, or wheatgrass, etc, add some apple to mix. Apple goes with all vegetables..adds sweetness, and it's own nutrients.
