Things You'll Need:
- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1 bottle KC masterpiece honey BBQ
- 1 bottle Bullseye original BBQ sauce
- Johnnys Salt
-
Step 1
Light Charcoal until it is white hot. I always use charcoal when making baby back ribs. The smoke is what gives the flavor.
-
Step 2
Very lightly season the whole rack of baby back ribs with Johnnys Salt. DO NOT cut the rack of ribs.
-
Step 3
When Charcoal is white hot place the whole rack of ribs concave side up on the grill. This is where the skill comes in. DO NOT let too much flame get on the ribs. You have to ctonrol the flame with the lid and smoking.
-
Step 4
Flip the ribs as little as possible. Preferably only 3-4 times. Each time closing the lid for about 5 mintues afterwards to let ribs smoke.
-
Step 5
After the ribs are golden brown and look mostly done, take them out and cut them into individual pieces on a cutting board.
-
Step 6
Fill bowl with KC and Bullseye mix. Place each rib in bowl individually saturating with BBQ and then placing into a baking pan.
-
Step 7
Bake the ribs taht have been saturated in BBQ sauce for about 20 minutes on 350 to let the sauce glaze. Pull them out and grab some napkins.
