Things You'll Need:
- Case of Bottled Water
-
Step 1
Drink a bottle of water first thing when you get up in the morning. During the night your body becomes very dehydrated and needs this water to run at its best. Imagine that you went 8 plus hours during the day without a drink, you would be very thirsty. This will also help to fill your stomach so that you can make a wise choice of food at breakfast.
-
Step 2
Sit down to a healthy breakfast with another bottle of water to drink with it. Drinking water while eating will help to make you feel full faster and cut down on the amount of food that you consume. Drinking water to lose weight with breakfast will also keep you from drinking those calorie laden juices that you would usually have.
-
Step 3
Carry a bottle of water with you during the course of your morning before breakfast. Sip on this bottle through out your morning routine. As you drink the water it will help to keep you from mindless snacking that happens between breakfast and lunch.
-
Step 4
Drink a bottle of water with your lunch. Sodas and ice teas are full of calories and therefore are not the best choices for you to drink while you are trying to lose weight. Drink the majority of your water before you begin to eat to lessen the amount of food that you will eat. Water will make you feel food without the added calories.
-
Step 5
Consume at least 3 more bottles of water during the course of the day to keep you on track to lose weight. Many times people eat out of boredom in the evening. If you are constantly drinking water during the course of the evening you will not find your self bored enough to eat.

on 2/2/2009 Cool. The only problem is that I have a weak bladder, and I can just imagine going to bathroom all the time. But, I also know this can work really well.
