Every year new cell phone come on the market with added features and benefits that are hard to resist. Once you have purchased a new cell phone you may no longer have a use for your old cell phone. Before you trash your old cell phone you should consider selling it. Here are some ways to sell used cell phones quickly.

  1. Step 1

    Create an account on ebay and put your cell phone up for auction. You can put on a minimum bid that you will accept for your phone. You will need to know the description of the phone, if you no longer have this information available you can visit the website of the manufacture and do a search.

  2. Step 2

    Place an ad on Craigslist.org. Craiglist is a high traffic site and will give you tremendous exposure. You can list in your local area, this will save you a lot on shipment. Adding a photo to your ad will increase your chances of getting it sold.

  3. Step 3

    Create adds on a community website local to you, you can find these sites by doing a simple google search. Some of these sites will even have a section where you can buy and sell various electronics.

  4. Step 4

    Create flyers and post them around your local community, such as supermarket bulletin board, colleges, laundry marts, basically any where you can find a bulletin board.

  5. Step 5

    As a last resort you can always place and ad with your local penny saver, these ads are fairly cheap and get a pretty high circulation.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you have accessories for your cell phone this will increase the value greatly !
