Having troubles sleeping at night, not feeling well rested in the morning due to the loud noises outside your window, but you feel the need to keep your windows opened cause its summer time we all want a cool breeze during those hot summer nights , this is another reason why we have a hard time sleeping at night it's to hot and your tossing and turning, Well let's say goodbye to sleep lest nights and tossing and turning.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Keep your windows closed at all time. this may be difficult during the summer nights, or keep the bedroom windows shut where the noise is comming out of and keep the other windows open in the household.

  2. Step 2

    Running a fan blocks out noise and also cools your body temperature down .

  3. Step 3

    you can also buy a musical cd and run it when you are attempting to sleep. soothing and relaxing cds, many people prefer to listen to this instead of the hectic noises outside , this is relaxing and can also help you get to sleep faster.

  4. Step 4

    Keeping a tv on during the night won't block out the noise completely but it will occupy your mind to where the noise won't bother you as much.

Tips & Warnings
  • Avoid using ear plugs at night. This can be uncomfortable and also make you unable to hear a alarm go off incase of any emergency don't use ear plugs.
