Things You'll Need:
- K-Meleon browser
- computer
-
Step 1
Left click on the "bookmarks". There will be three options--"add page", "edit", and "options" on the top of the drop down menu. Left click on the "edit" option.
-
Step 2
The listing of "bookmarks" appears with a grouping of function buttons below it. Selecting a particular bookmark will give information below the listing about the bookmark.
Right click on any site that is bookmarked to create a new folder. -
Step 3
Rename the folder to a more useful name for organizational purposes such as "news". This is accomplished by left clicking the white rectangular area under "Properties" and next to "Title". Delete "new folder" words by using either the "delete" or "backspace" key and type in the new name.
-
Step 4
It seems there is no way to organize from within the browser after the bookmarks have been saved--however--the advance creation of bookmarks, then using the "add page" function on the menu, will bring up an "add bookmark" dialog box. From here, the newly added page can be added to a folder by selecting it using the scroll arrow next to the rectangular box where a folder can be selected. Scroll down to the chosen folder and then left click on "ok".

Step 5
Another great way to organize web pages is by group. This a multi-page opening system. If it is needed to work on more than one web page and they are common ones to work with--this is the way to go. It is pretty self-explanatory. Left click on "groups" select "add page to group". Add it to a name grouping peculiar to the group name and select "ok". Retype the exact same group name to make sure the pages go to the same group, using the same text format--same caps, same numbers, etc. Otherwise, there will be multiple groups with similar names.
