Instructions

    • 1

Separate the sheets of dot candy along the perforated lines. Gently separate the perforations so that the paper does not tear.

    • 2

Cut the lines of dot candy apart. Cut three strips from each sheet of candy. Cut 24 strips, form eight sheets for each advent garland to be made.

    • 3

Form a ring with one piece of the dot candy strips. Tape the ring together on the inside of the loop.

    • 4

Make a chain by sliding the second strip of paper into the first ring. Tape the ends of the second strip together, making the first ring linked to the second. Continue to make links in this manner until there are 24 links in the chain.

Hang the advent garland on the wall, or drape it on the Christmas tree. Cut a link from the garland each day, starting on December first. Eat the candies from each link.
