Step 1
Apply a remover that's meant specifically to remove concrete sealer to a pad and rub the surface of the concrete counter top. This may be all you need to remove the sealer. If not, you need to go to the next level.

Step 2
Abrade 1/8 inch or more with an abrasive pad. However, this could affect the finish of the corners. This should be considered a worse case scenario solution.

Step 3
Burnish the sealer with burnishing pads to smooth out sections of the sealer rather than remove it completely. This would affect the finish of the corners the least.

Step 4
Reapply the finish to the concrete counter tops as smoothly as possible. In this way, you could save yourself the fate of having to remove the sealer from the concrete counter tops and starting the whole process a second time.
