Things You'll Need:
- 6 oz. dark glass bottle
- Pot
- 4 1/2 tbsp. sweet almond oil
- 3 tbsp. jojoba oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. vitamin E oil
- 15 drops tea tree oil
- 15 drops eucalyptus essential oil
- 15 drops peppermint essential oil

Step 1
Sterilize the bottle by placing it and the lid in a pot of water. Heat the water to a rolling boil and leave for at least 1 minute. Turn off the heat and allow the water to cool before removing the bottle and lid. Let them drain and dry upside down.

Measure into your glass bottle 4 1/2 tbsp. of sweet almond oil, 3 tbsp. of jojoba oil and 1 1/2 tsp. of vitamin E. Add 15 drops of tea tree oil 15 drops of eucalyptus essential oil, 15 drops of peppermint essential oil and .

Step 3
Place the lid tightly on the bottle and shake gently. You can use the oil immediately to soothe congestion. Shake the bottle at least 3 times a day for the first 3 days to ensure proper blending of aromas. After the first 3 days, simply shake before use.
