How to Decorate a Bathroom With a Seaside Theme

1. Paint the walls white, light beige, sea blue or aqua green. Add a border with pictures of the sea, fish, sea horses or sea shells along the top or bottom of the wall.

2. Find a shower curtain with patterns matching the border or pick a shower curtain in a shade of blue or green to represent the sea. Pick white or light beige if you want to draw attention to the walls instead of the bathtub.

3. Stack blue and white towels on a beige stand. Hang hand towels with seaside embroidery on the wall as room decorations. Place any extra towels in wicker baskets on the floor.

4. Organize your bathroom with decorative containers and bins in blue greens, sandy beige and shades of white to represent the colors of the sea and beach.

5. Add miniature soaps shaped like sea shells to a blue, white or green soap holder. Or find a soap holder shaped like a large sea shell.
