Build up an engineer squad, and upgrade them to "demolition."

Send out your first engineer squad, the starting unit, and have them take the middle ground. Send out the second squad to capture the ground to your side.

Instruct the first squad to build up defenses to prevent anyone from taking the middle ground, including tank traps, mines, sand bags, barbed wire, machine gun nests and everything you can think of.

Make two more squads of engineers, and instruct them to go to the bridge that's located on the left of the middle point you're holding. Tell them to blow up the bridge with TNT as you're playing to win the Lyon battle in Company of Heroes. Then, instruct them to build up lots of defenses.

Use the fourth squad to build barracks and spawn soldiers and whatever other personnel you like. Protect this, the middle ground, and the bridge site with snipers so they can pick off Nazis who try to rebuild the bridge you destroyed.

Pick infantry when you're awarded five bonus points, and choose the right branch. This branch leads to the "howitzer cannon." Instruct your engineers to build as many as you can afford, and start barraging the enemy as you fight the Lyon battle in the Company of Heroes. Take pride in your victory.

Better idea. Play on the opposite side. Build 4 Engineer units, have the first one start to build a weapons center, and send the other three to the three bridges. Have them put tank traps blocking the off the bridges, just a single row will do. The Weapons center will be completed before the tank traps are finished, so have that first engineer unit start grabbing up resources and the Weapons center building three MG squads. As the MG squads finish, send them to each of the three buildings which directly face the three bridges. They will mow down any German forces that attempt to cross the bridge. Upgrade these buildings to barracks. When the tank traps are completed send those engineers out to capture more territory on your side of the river, make sure to Build the point defense structures, this will increase their output of resources.
