Instructions

    • 1

Measure a heaping 1/2 cup of pumpkin. While canned pumpkin is far easier, fresh pumpkin is richer in vitamins and minerals. To make fresh pumpkin mash, cut the pumpkin into large chunks and boil until soft. Place the cooked pumpkin in a blender until smooth, adding extra water if necessary.

    • 2

Add 2 tbsp. of raw honey and 2 tbsp. of softened butter to the bowl and whip with a fork until smooth. Or, if you have chosen to make your cream from fresh pumpkin, add all of the ingredients to the blender and whip until smooth.

    • 3

Massage the honey pumpkin cream onto any part of your body that needs deep moisturizing, including the face, neck, elbows, knees or feet. Allow the cream to soak into your skin for 20 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water to reveal silky soft skin.
